The first edition of Leading in a Culture of Change (LCC) was published in 2001. It was the first book that I wrote for education and business leaders alike. Several readers contacted me and said that the book made them realize how much they had failed to appreciate culture as foundational.

Now, 20 years later I re-wrote all of the chapters and updated them with the latest research, including that of our own.

New Pedagogies for Deep Learning—or NPDL—believes every student deserves to learn deeply and to support whole systems to transform learning—schools, provinces, states and countries to want to take action, make a positive impact and grasp opportunities that will lead to success in life.

NPDL works alongside educators and governments to change the role of teachers to that of activators of learning who design learning experiences that build on learner strengths and needs, create new knowledge using real-life problem solving and help all students identify their talents, purpose and passion.
